Returns & Refunds

The Alchemist’s Haberdashery accepts returns of unopened, unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. Please request your return within 10 days of delivery.

Contact us using the contact information on our website with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll help arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
